We assist this population in their newfound home with information, referrals, and social services to navigate through unfamiliar territories.
We come together to celebrate Haitian Mother's Day and our holidays. We organize events to honor our traditions. From Independence day every January 1st to May 18th Flag Day.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH
With our programs, we emphasize self-improvement, self-worth, educational advancement, respect for self, and others. We encourage random acts of kindness and dedication in service to others. Annual toy drives happen in November for the holiday season, as well as food drives in October. We have continuous volunteer activities within the organization to join us please see (www.volunteerMatch.org/ HaitianSupportIcrescent )
We participate in community events and train volunteers to help out other organizations. Our efforts are in our radio and TV shows, our conferences, our training, our partnerships, our hotline services, our body system, and our constant caring volunteers.
Our staff continues to be here to serve this much-deserving community. We organize festivals and fairs, such as the Haitian Book Fair, which celebrates and lifts up Haitian authors around the world.
