Not too many people think of steps to take to love themselves. We go on with our lives, in our day to day activities, we do it sometimes on a very routine manner. But if we really think about it, it is very important to pay attention to how we show love to our breathing moments. Also, we have to admit that if we do not love and cherish the human being that makes our body, mind and spirit it could have some serious repercussions in our time on this Earth. And we believe that the following steps should be in everyone list when it comes to loving yourself.

Body

Do we really do what is good for our body?

1) Watching what we eat (seriously). In this information age we can find out about anything we eat.

2) Getting to know our health status and acting accordingly. (Blood pressure, sugar level cholesterol, ect..)

3) Listen to our body and act on what needs to be done to be healthy. Our body signals when something is not right, do not disregard them. ( Pain, discomfort, visible anomalies, ECT...)

4) Moving our body through exercises, ( walks, go to a gym or make a home gym.)

5) Taking a rest when we need it, The body need to rest to repair damages, to regenerate to recharge)

Mind and Spirit

1) Staying away from toxic environments. Weather it is from toxic relationships or negative thoughts.

2) Connecting with nature every chance we get is one big way to clear our mind and be grateful.

3) Gratitude will attract more good in our life than we ever imagine. Be grateful.

4) Use our imagination more, be in the moment. That will bring some joy into our lives.

5) Meditation, spiritual practices give us a precious time for ourselves and our connection to a higher positive energy that fuel our human lives.

There we are, we can go deeper in each step on our own or get guidance or more education. It will be up to us to honestly recognize that there are ways to pursue loving ourselves the way we deserve to be loved,
